Porto Flip

정의

Porto Flip은 일반적으로 브랜디(brandy), 포트 와인(ruby port), 계란 노른자(egg yolk)로 만들어지는 칵테일이다.[1]

유래

Porto Flip은 1862년 제리 토마스(Jerry Thomas)가 처음으로 기록한 한 바텐더 가이드(Bartenders's Guide: How to Mix Drinks)에서는 커피 칵테일로 불렸으나 성분보다는 오히려 모습으로 이름 붙여진 것이다.[2]

조주법

재료

  • 1.5 cl Brandy
  • 4.5 cl Red Port
  • 1 cl Egg yolk[3]

조주법

  • 얼음으로 가득채은 칵테일 셰이커에 모든 재료를 붓고 잘 흔들어라.(Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well.)
  • 칵테일 잔에 잘 걸러내어 붓는다.(Strain into cocktail glass.)
  • 땅콩이나 육두구를 뿌린다.(Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.)[4]
