정의
이탈리아의 정열이 녹아있는 듯한 붉은 색의 농밀하며 깊은 맛
유래
네그로니라는 이름은 아페리티프 칵테일을 좋아한 이탈리아의 카미로 네그로니 백작의 이름에서 왔다. 백작은 프로랑스에 있는 카소니 레스토랑의 단골손님으로, 가게에 올 때마다 아페리티프로 이 칵테일을 주문했다고 한다.
1962년에 발표한 이래, 세계적으로 유명해진 칵테일이다. [1]
조주법
재료
- 3 cl Gin
- 3 cl Campari
- 3 cl Sweet Vermouth(Sweet Red Vermouth)
조주법
- 모든 재료를 얼음으로 채워진 올드패션 글래스에 직접 넣는다. 가볍게 젓는다. 오렌지 슬라이스로 장식한다.[2]
