久水三郞
Definition
히사미즈 사부로(久水三郞, 1857~?)은 초대 목포영사로서, 1897년 개항 직후 부임하였다. 외교관으로서 1882년 처음 조선에 파견되었으며, 원산등 개항장의 영사를 거쳤다. 1899년 목포를 떠난뒤 인천부윤과 총독부 외사과장을 역임하였다.
