목포구재판소

Definition

목포구재판소 (木浦區裁判所,~)은 광주지방검찰청 목포지청의 전신으로, 1909년 10월 21일에 통감부령 제 28호에 의하여 목포구 재판소 검사분국을 설치하며 처음 시작되었다. 1910년 10월 1일 조선총독부령제9호(한일합방시) 광주지방법원 목포지청 검사분국으로 개청되었고, 1913년 4월 합의지청 검사분국으로 승격되었다. 해방후인 1949년 12월 20일 법률 제 81호로 광주지방검찰청 목포지청으로 개청했다.
