조선실업주식회사 (朝鮮實業株式會社,1907~)는 러일전쟁이 발발한 이후 일본의 농업자본이 목포에 본격적으로 진출하며 일본의 농업회사들은 농업에 관한 정보를 교환하는 단체인 목포농담회를 만들었는데, 회원으로 동양척식주식회사(동척) 목포지점, 조선실업주식회사 목포지점, 가마타(鎌田)산업주식회사 목포지점, 조선흥업주식회사 목포관리소, 합명회사 쿠니타케(國武)농장, 후쿠다(福田)농사주식회사, 목포식산주식회사, 도쿠다(德田)양행 목포지점 등 8개 회사가 있었다. 이중 가장 많은 토지를 소유한 회사는 동척이었으며 다음이 조선실업주식회사였다. 조선실업주식회사는 전남지방의 토지수탈에 한 축을 담당했는데, 이미 1920년대 초반에 1천 정보 이상이 농지를 소유한 기업형 농장을 소유하였다.
