==Definition==

[[복전농사주식회사|복전농사주식회사(福田農事株式會社, 1920~1945)]]은 1920년 福田有造가 木浦府海岸通에 설립한 회사다. 福田有造 소유의 토지를 가지고 農事會社를 조직하여 株主인 福田有造와 그 同族이 경영하였다.주요업무는 농업 및 임업 개간, 임업 및 경지의 임대차 등이었다. 운영 토지는 全羅北道高敞郡, 全羅南道羅州郡, 靈岩郡 등에 있는 답 500여정보, 田 200여정보, 임야 250정보였다. 1923년 당시 사장은 福田有造의 친척인 福田恒, 상무이사는 거류민회 회장이었던 高根信禮였다. <ref> 조기준, "[http://encykorea.aks.ac.kr/Contents/Item/E0063698 호남은행]", <html><online style="color:purple">『한국민족문화대백과사전』<sup>online</sup></online></html>, 한국학중앙연구원.</ref>
