There were originally four paintings of the Ten Underworld Kings, but one was lost. Each painting depicts two or three of the Ten Underworld Kings surrounded closely by his retinue, as well as the '''12 immovable living things/Sthavara''' and the scenes of the punishments of hell. Each of the hells has its name written down. The painting of Underworld Messengers depicts two underworld messengers and the General of Hell.
