해설문
국문
사의정은 은진 송씨(恩津 宋氏) 집안에서 손님이 묵고 가는 숙소로 사용하기 위하여 1922년에 세운 것이다. 원래의 건물은 이곳에서 1㎞ 정도 떨어진 유전리(柳田里)에 세워졌으나, 합천댐 공사로 수몰을 피해 1986년 지금의 장소로 옮겼다.
건물은 앞면 4칸, 옆면 3칸 규모의 2층 기와집으로, 누각에는 둥근기둥을 사용하였다. 중앙에 앞면 2칸, 옆면 1칸 규모의 온돌방을 설치하고, 사방으로 난간을 설치하였다.

This building/pavilion/hall was built in 1922 to accommodate the guests of the head house of the Eunjin Song Clan (Gyeongsangnam-do Cultural Heritage Material No. 105). It was originally built in Yujeon-ri some 1 km to the south-west from where it stands today. The house and the pavilion then were standing about 500 m apart. In 1986, before the village in which the house originally stood was flooded due to the construction of the Hapcheon Dam, this building was moved together with the house to its current location.
The pavilion was built on an elevated stone platform. It features an under-floor heated room in the middle encircled on four sides by a narrow? wooden veranda with a balustrade. On the left and right side there is a staircase to access the building.
영문 해설 내용
사의정은 은진송씨 종택(경상남도 문화재자료 제105호)에서 손님을 위한 숙소로 사용하기 위해 1922년에 처음 지은 건물이다. 원래는 종택과 함께 지금 위치에서 남서쪽으로 약 1km 떨어진 유전리에 있었다. 종택과 사의정은 약 500m 정도 떨어져 있었다고 한다. 1986년 합천댐 건설로 마을이 수몰되면서, 종택과 함께 지금의 위치로 옮겨왔다.
이 건물은 높은 석축 기단 위에 세웠으며, 온돌방을 가운데에 두고, 사방에 난간을 두른 마루를 냈다. 건물 양옆에는 계단을 두었다.
