The shrine was relocated to the current place in 2000 due to the corrosion of the wooden building materials. Inside the shrine, there is a plaque hung at the center, which bears the four characters representing the family instruction. Namely, they include loyalty, integrity, filial-piety, and diligence. Below the plaque is the spirit tablets of Yi Ji-ran to the left, and Yi Jung-no to the right. The half-portrait depicts Yi Ji-ran, and the full portrait describes Yi Jung-no in his official robe. Annual ceremony is performed on the 10th of the third lunar month.

Yi Ji-ran, born as Kurun Turan Timur, was originally a warrior of Jurchen descent but became a naturalized subject of the Goryeo dynasty (918-1392) during the reign of King Gongmin (r. 1351-1374). To honor his contributions to the foundation of the Joseon dynasty (1392-1910), the founding king Taejo (r. 1392-1398) bestowed him a new name. Yi Jung-no, his 7th-generation descendant, was honored as '''a meritorious subject''' for his involvement in the coup which brought King Injo (r. 1595-1694) to power.

The pavilion to the left of the shrine houses steles of the family of Yi Jung-no, for the loyalty of Yi, the chastity of his wife, and the filial-piety of his two sons, Mun-ung and Mun-wi.
