국문

이 집은 청풍면 지곡리에 있던 옛집이다. 부엌 앞에 식료품이나 여러 가지 물건을 넣어두는 고방이 있고, 부엌과 고방 사이에는 벽과 문에 판자를 둘렀는데 이것은 오래된 집에서만 볼 수 있는 양식이다. 대문으로 들어가면 오른쪽으로 꺾인 곳에 기와를 올린 문과 담장이 있다. 사랑채와 안채의 경계를 구분하기도 하는데 이 지역의 다른 집에서는 잘 볼 수 없는 형식이다. 충주댐을 만들면서 현재의 위치로 옮겼다.
