해설문
국문
시기를 정확하게 알 수 없으나 세운 지 100년 이상 되었다고 전하며 안채와 사랑채, 헛간채로 구성된 ㅁ자형 구조이다.
안채의 지붕은 옆면에서 볼 때 여덟 팔八자 모양을 한 팔작지붕이다. 대청 기둥만은 굵은 원형 기둥을 사용한 점이 특이하며 대청을 중심으로 오른쪽에 건넌방을 두고 왼쪽에 안방과 부엌을 직각으로 두었다.
사랑채는 앞면이 3칸이고 옆면이 1칸이며 일자 모양이다. 마루방, 사랑방, 대문으로 구성되어 있는데 방의 앞쪽에는 넓은 툇마루를 설치하였다. 대문 왼쪽에는 2칸 사랑방을 배치하였고 방 앞에는 툇마루를 놓았다. 헛간채는 나중에 늘려 지은 건물로 양식은 영서 지방의 전형적인 전통 민가 형식을 따르고 있다.
