해설문
국문
조선 선조의 진외조부이자 중종의 장인이었음에도 불구하고 부귀영화를 사양하고 검소하고 겸손한 생활을 했던 안탄대 선생의 묘이다. 그는 집안이 가난하였으나 성품이 유순하여 스스로 천한 사람이라 말하였고 왕의 장인이 된 뒤에도 검소한 생활을 하였다. 벼슬은 장종 7품인 적순부위(迪順副尉)를 지냈다. 그가 세상을 떠나자 조정에서는 그에게 우의정직을 내렸다.
묘역을 보면 봉분 앞 중앙에 묘비와 상석 및 향로석이 있다. 상석을 중심으로 앞 좌우에는 묘가 있음을 알리는 표지인 망주석과 무덤을 수호하기 위해서 세우는 문인석이 각각 1쌍씩 있다. 봉분은 쌍분으로서 부인 황씨와의 합장묘이다.
선조 때에 수직원으로 하여금 관리하게 하였으나, 잘 관리되지 않았다. 이에 효종이 왕명으로 인조의 동생인 능원대군과 인조의 제 3왕자인 인평대군 등을 비롯한 그의 외손들에게 묘를 보호하게 하여 효종 7년(1656)에 묘비를 건립하였다.

영문 해설 내용
조선 전기의 무신인 안탄대의 묘이다.
안탄대는 1506년 폭군이던 연산군을 몰아내고 중종(재위 1506-1544)을 왕으로 추대하는 데 기여하여 공신이 되었다. 그의 딸은 중종의 후궁이었고, 외손자의 아들이 선조(재위 1567-1608)로 즉위하였다. 안탄대는 지위가 높았음에도 집안이 가난하였고, 평생 검소하고 겸손하게 살았다. 세상을 떠난 뒤에는 우의정에 추증되었다.
묘역에는 2개의 봉분이 있고, 부인 황씨가 함께 묻혀있다. 봉분 앞에는 묘비, 상석, 향로석, 망주석, 문인석이 있다. 묘비는 1656년 왕명으로 세운 것이다.
