해설문
국문
성거산성은 해발 579.1m의 성거산 꼭대기와 주변 경사면을 긴 타원형으로 둘러싼 산성이다. 둘레는 875m에 이르는데, 성벽은 돌을 쌓아 만들었다. 북문 터와 건물 터, 망루 터 등이 확인되었고, 성안에서 백제를 비롯하여 다양한 시기의 유물이 출토되었다. 위례산성과 흑성산성 등 주변의 백제산성과 연결되어 있다는 점에서 삼국 시대에 처음 쌓은 것으로 추정되며, 고려 시대 몽고의 침입과 조선 시대 임진왜란 당시에도 사용된 것으로 전해지고 있으나 언제 성을 쌓았는지 정확한 시기는 알 수 없다. 현재 성벽은 대부분 무너지고 일부만 남아 있다.

영문 해설 내용
성거산(해발 579.1m) 정상부를 둘러 쌓은 이 석성은 삼국시대에 처음 축조된 것으로 추정된다. 원래의 성벽은 둘레가 총 875m에 달했지만, 대부분의 성벽은 1959년 이 산에 군사 통신기지를 세우면서 파괴되었다. 산성 주변에서는 북문과 망루 등 다양한 건물의 터가 발견되었다.
