Initially, the bodies of Kim Ik-gyeom and Lady Seo were temporarily buried in Gyoha (today’s Paju), Gyeonggi-do, but were moved to their present location around 1640. In front of each tomb mound are a tombstone, a stone table, a stone incense table, and a pair of stone statues of civil officials. At the entrance to the tombs is a stele erected in 1661, which records the life and achievements of Kim Ban.
