수복방은 능을 관리하는 수복(묘나 능을 돌보고 청소하던 사람)들이 근무하고 쉬는 곳으로, 숙종 25년(1699)에 정자각과 함께 세웠다.

Tomb Keepers' Quarters (Jangneung Royal Tomb, Yeongwol)

The tomb keepers' quarters was the residence of the custodians who oversaw the maintenance of the tomb. The building was constructed in 1699.
