Economic Development in Gwangju
Story
- As one of the largest cities in Korea, Gwangju plays a key economic role in Korea, and especially in the Jeolla region. Gwangju is a regional hub for several major industries, such as the textile and automotive industries. The city government has also established various plans to boost the economy through neighborhood revitalization projects and by supporting next-generation industries.
