The Taste of Gwangju
Story
- Gwangju has a rich culinary history. As the biggest city in the Jeolla region, Gwangju can be considered a representative locale for the regional cuisine, in particular, that of the southern Jeolla area, known also as the "Namdo" region. The episodes in this story will look at Gwangju's local delicacies, food relationship with the May 18 Democratic Uprising, and the traditional practice of ritual food.
