Viktor Moon (1951-) is a Goryeoin artist from Kazakhstan known for his works depicting the forced migration of ethnic Koreans in 1937, which involved the relocation of 172,000 ethnic Koreans from the Russian Far East to Central Asia under Stalin’s orders.
