1. Program (Korea-related degree offered) : Asian Studies Major
   • Program Remarks - The Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Asian Studies requires a total of 120 credit hours. In addition to the requirements of the General Education, 30-35 hours at the upper level are required, including the Capstone Seminar in Asian Studies (ASIA 461W), Research Methods (HIST 201, POLS 308, SOC337, PSYC 317, or ECON 400), and Asian Experience (study abroad or an approved practicum). The remaining 24 credit hours should be taken from the following list of the courses. At least one of these courses must be selected from the Humanities and one from Social Sciences. At least 1 course must be writing intensive. Additional courses may be approved by the program director.
2. Program (Korea-related degree offered) : Asian Studies Minor
   • Program Remarks - The Asian Studies Minor requires a minimum of 12 credits at the 300-400 level. For completion of a minor, a student must have a minimum grade point average of 2.00 in all courses taken toward the minor.
