   • Programs Remarks - The agreement with Yonsei University is a Tuition exchange agreement. Successful completed courses taken abroad are transferred back to your Trent degree as a transfer credit and graded with a PASS mark.
   1. Korea-related Courses : History 2751H: The Rise and Fall of Ancient and Imperial East Asia
      • Courses Remarks - This survey course will introduce students to the history of East Asia, mainly China, Japan, and Korea. While the course begins with brief descriptions of the birth of East Asian societies, the main focus will be on the political and social developments from the 16th to the 19th c.
   2. Korea-related Courses : History 2752H: East Asia in Wars and Revolutions (19th -20th C)
      • Courses Remarks - This survey course introduces students to the history of East Asia, mainly China, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam. The course focuses on the political and social development from the late nineteenth to the late twentieth century. In the nineteenth century East Asian societies experienced the growing influence of Euro-American power which began to infringe upon the sovereignty of East Asian states.
