Our family really enjoyed the Percy Jackson series, so we thought we'd dive into another series featuring the demi-gods of Camp Halfblood. We read them aloud so everyone can enjoy them, one chapter at a time.
I hated science as i was going to school. I still don't especially like reading the science curriculum books. It's too technical for me. I don't want to know all the details like just how many hydrogen atoms are in water. But i found when i like read through books about certain topics. I lived in Taiwan for certain years in my youth. Have been lots of earthquakes. I like reading about earthquakes because I retained them. Furthermore like to read books about different involving weather. In fact, I even produced a weather station with a 5th grade class like a student trainer.
