正德四年五月十四日妻貞敬夫人李氏前遺書

矣身亦名位之極 疾病纏身 日漸沈綿 家中諸事及內外田民乙

係後子及有思親戚等亦中 未得親自區處爲去乎 夫人亦矣身

後任意區處爲乎矣 女妓海陽仙亦 初亦家畜爲乎所無亦 前矣承旨京

畿監司時 凡矣宴會良中 帶率遊宴爲如乎可向入 其矣所生女子乙 矣

骨肉是如稱云爲去等 夫人置 時時率來護恤爲在而亦 妓產段 須用家

畜亦法立是沙餘良 其矣身置 深知我不謂血屬 今旣長成爲乎矣 自家隱

避贖身爲良結 發言不冬爲臥乎樣是如中 矣身無後爲去向入 待我

身後率來稱產非無爲昆 同妓產乙良 身後家內千萬許接不冬

爲旀 萬一陳訴爲良置 以此遺書告官辨正爲可
