조선시대 왕비의 출산을 돕는 임시기구인 산실청의 조직과 운영에 관한 규정을 적은 기록. 1875년(고종 12)에 내의원에서 정리한 것으로 보인다. 일본인 의학사학자 미키 사카에(三木榮)가 1928년 4월 22일 수집한 원본은 현재 일본 다케다 과학진흥재단 행우서옥에 소장되어 있다. 1995년 국립중앙도서관에서 원본을 영인하여 소장하고 있다.

Definition

조선시대 왕비의 출산을 돕는 임시기구인 산실청의 조직과 운영에 관한 규정을 적은 기록. 1875년(고종 12)에 내의원에서 정리한 것으로 보인다. 일본인 의학사학자 미키 사카에(三木榮)가 1928년 4월 22일 수집한 원본은 현재 일본 다케다 과학진흥재단 행우서옥에 소장되어 있다. 1995년 국립중앙도서관에서 원본을 영인하여 소장하고 있다.
