+왕실 여성이 출산 전에 미리 알아둘 출산지식을 적은 고문서. 한국학중앙연구원 장서각과 일본 오사카 무전과학재단 행우서옥(杏雨書屋)에 각각 1건씩 소장되어 있다. 한국학중앙연구원 장서각 소장본은 궁궐 안 왕실 여성을 위해 작성한 것이고, 일본 행우서옥 소장본은 궁궐 밖 한양 죽동궁에 사는 명온공주를 위해 작성한 것이다. 일본 행우서옥 소장본 도서목록에는 '태산육아법(胎産育兒法)'으로 적혀있고, 해제에는 "본서는 순조대에 필사한 것으로 보인다. 김웅진의 집에서 나왔다. 순조의 왕녀 명온공주의 부마는 김현근이다. 이 책은 공주의 인기(印記)가 있는 책과 하나로 묶여 있었다."라고문서 입수과정을 자세히 기록하고 있다.
