+[[포덕문]]은 원래 [[덕수궁]] 동쪽 문인 [[대한문]] 위쪽에 있었으나 지금은 소실됐다. 포덕문의 현판은 덕수궁 서쪽의 평성문(平成門)자리에 붙어 있다가 현재는 국립고궁박물관에서 보관하고 있다. 포덕문에 대해서는 별다른 기록이없고, 다만 1899(고종 36)년 황의수(黃義秀)라는 천주교 신자가 포덕문을 지나 함녕전에서 포교를 하다 붙잡혀 교수형을 당한 일이 있다.
