마른국수

Definition

마른국수(乾麪)는 메밀국수를 삶은 다음 국물 없이 20사리를 지어 한 그릇에 담은 것이다. 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 경복궁 만경전에서 열린 정일진찬 때 신정왕후에게 올린 대왕대비전진어찬안에 있다. 대왕대비전진어별찬안에는 국물이 있는 메밀국수를 올린다.
