Definition
양색세건반연사과(兩色細乾飯軟絲果)는 강정바탕을 모지게 썰어 말려서 기름에 튀겨내어 흰색의 백당 녹인 것을 바르고, 말린 밥을 튀겨 가루를 낸 세건반 고물을 묻힌 백색과 홍색의 세건반연사과를 한 그릇에 함께 고인 것이다. 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 경복궁 만경전에서 열린 정일진찬 때 신정왕후에게 올린 대왕대비전진어찬안에 있다. 1자 3치 높이로 홍세건반연사과와 백세건반연사과를 각각 400개씩 고였다.
