배숙

Definition

배숙(梨熟)은 배의 껍질을 벗겨 조각내어 후추를 박아, 생강 끓인 물에 넣어 배가 말갛게 보이도록 오래 끓인 후, 꿀을 타서 차갑게 먹는 수정과를 한 그릇에 담은 것이다. 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 경복궁 만경전에서 열린 정일진찬 때 신정왕후에게 올린 대왕대비전진어찬안에 있다.
