권업모범장

Definition

1906년 일제 통감부가 조선에서의 농업기술의 시험·조사 및 지도를 위해 설치한 기관으로 농업의 발달·개량을 위한 모범 및 시험, 물산(物産)의 조사와 농업상에 필요한 물료(物料)의 분석과 감정, 종묘·잠종·종금(種禽)·종돈(種豚) 등의 배부, 농업상의 지도·통신 및 강화(講話) 등을 관장하였다.
