Definition

오색강정(五色强精)은 강정바탕을 튀겨서 꿀을 발라 홍색과 백색에 하얀 세건반을 묻히고, 실깨, 흑임자, 승검초가루, 송화가루를 고물로 묻혀서 오색으로 만든 강정을 한 그릇에 함께 고인 것이다. 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 경복궁 만경전에서 열린 정일진찬 때 신정왕후에게 올린 대왕대비전진어찬안에 있다. 1자 3치 높이로 오색강정 각각 250개씩 고였다.
