Definition

삼색세건반강정(三色細乾飯强精)은 말린 밥을 튀겨 가루를 낸 세건반 고물을 묻힌 강정으로 하얀색, 분홍색, 노란색의 세건반을 한 그릇에 함께 고인 것이다. 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 경복궁 만경전에서 열린 정일진찬 때 신정왕후에게 올린 대왕대비전진어찬안에 있다. 1자 3치 높이로 홍세건반강정 500개, 백세건반강정과 황세건반강정 각각 400개씩 고였다.
