대추(大棗)는 대추나무의 열매이다. 궁중연향에서 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 경복궁 만경전에서 열린 정일진찬 때 신정왕후에게 올린 대왕대비전진어찬안에 있다. 말린 대추 4말에 깐 잣 4되를 박아서 1자 3치 높이로 한 그릇에 고였다. 왕실가례 때 동뢰연상에 올리는 육색실과(六色實果) 가운데 하나이기도 하다.
