태조왕후옥보

Definition

1897년 대한제국을 선포한 이후 1899년 태조와 태조왕비를 황제와 황후로 추존하면서 제작한 태조왕후의 옥보이다. 용 모양의 손잡이에 붉은색의 봉술끈을 달았으며, 인장에는 '(고황후보(高皇后寶)'라고 새겼다. 고황후는 태종의 어머니인 신의왕후이다.
