Definition

대왕대비전진어별찬안(大王大妃殿進御別饌案)은 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 경복궁 만경전에서 열린 정일진찬 때 신정왕후에게 올린 별도의 음식상이다. 음식은 유기와 갑번자기에 담았다. 가운데는 붉고 가장자리는 검은색인 조각된 다리가 높은 큰 둥근상에 올려놓았다. 별찬안은 대왕대비전진어찬안에 올린 음식 47그릇보다 적은 21그릇이다. 고임의 높이도 6치~9치 정도로 낮다. 소수파련, 각색절화, 홍도삼지화, 홍도간화 등 상화 10개로 장식하였다.
