조선박람회 각 도별 특설관은 각 지방을 상징할 수 있는 대표적인 문화재와 건물, 혹은 그 지방의 특산물을 건물의 외관에 장식하였다. 충청남도관은 관촉사의 은진미륵 형상을 입구 측면에 부착하였다.
