남여

Definition

남여(藍輿)는 덮개가 없고 의자형으로 생긴 탈 것이다. 좁은 길을 갈 때 이용되었으며, 앞뒤에서 각각 두 사람씩 모두 네 사람이 어깨에 메는데, 때로는 손으로 들기도 한다. 의자모양은 종2품 이상이 타는 외바퀴수레인 초헌(軺軒)과 비슷하다. 왕실에서 왕자봉작(王子封爵) 때 초헌과 함께 마련해 주었다.
