조란율란강란전약백자병

Definition

조란율란강란전약백자병(棗卵栗卵薑卵煎藥柏子餠)은 조란, 율란, 강란, 전약, 백자병을 1자 높이로 한 그릇에 함께 고인 것이다. 대추, 밤, 생강을 곱게 다져 꿀을 넣고 되직하게 조려, 각각 원래 모양대로 조란, 율란, 강란을 만든다. 궁중 보양식인 전약과 백당을 넣고 버무려 굳혀 모지게 썬 것이 백자병이다. 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 경복궁 만경전에서 열린 정일진찬 때 신정왕후에게 올린 대왕대비전진어찬안에 있다.
