==Definition==
[[다식과|다식과(茶食果)]]는 밀가루에 꿀, 참기름, 후춧가루를 넣어 반죽하여 다식판에 막아 모양을 만들어 참기름에 튀긴 후 꿀에 담갔다가 잣가루를 뿌린 과자이다. 1887년(고종 24) 1월 27일 [[경복궁]] [[만경전]]에서 열린 [[정일진찬]] 때 [[신정왕후]]에게 올린 [[대왕대비전진어찬안]]에 있다. 1자 3치 높이로 120개를 고였다.
