정의
페루인의 ‘국민 칵테일’로 불리는 피스코 사워(Pisco sour)는 피스코를 베이스로 달걀 흰자, 라임, 설탕, 얼음 등을 믹서기에 곱게 갈아서 거품을 올린 뒤 계핏가루를 살짝 뿌려 마시는 식전주다. 전 세계 칵테일 랭킹 20위권 내에 항상 있을 정도로 그 대중성도 갖췄다.[1]

- 3 cl 신선한 레몬 주스(Fresh lemon juice)
- 1 개 날 달걀 흰자(작은 달걀)(raw egg white(small egg))
조주법
- 얼음 조각이 들어있는 칵테일 셰이커에 내용물을 부어 격렬하게 흔든 다음 구식 유리잔에 부어 쓴맛을 가미한다.
