Pisco Sour는 페루의 전통주 피스코를 기반으로 만든 혼합 음료이다. 피스코 사워의 주 재료로 쓰이는 피스코(Pisco)는 안데스 지역에서 재배된 포도로 만든 증류주를 뜻한다. 포도즙을 블렌딩해 만들어지는 기간 동안 나무통에서 숙성된 뒤 증류되며, 35~50도의 높은 도수에 소주처럼 투명하다는 점이 특징이다.[1]

- 2 cl 설탕 시럽(Sugar syrup)
- 3 cl 신선한 레몬 주스(Fresh lemon juice)
- 1 개 날 달걀 흰자(작은 달걀)(raw egg white(small egg))
조주법
- 얼음 조각이 들어있는 칵테일 셰이커에 내용물을 부어 격렬하게 흔든 다음 구식 유리잔에 부어 쓴맛을 가미한다.
