정의
비트윈더시트(Between the Sheets, "홑이불 사이에")는 화이트럼와 코냑, 트리플 섹, 레몬즙으로 구성된다.[1]
유래
비트윈더시트는 1930년대 파리에 있는 '해리네 뉴요크 빠(Harry's New York Bar)'의 사장님 맥엘혼 해리(Harry MacElhone)에 의해 사이드카의 변종으로 처음 만들었다고 한다. 사이드카와 비슷하나 코냑을 덜 쓰고 럼을 넣는다. 이 외에 또 다른 경쟁하는 유래도 있으며 1921년 쯤에 '더 버클리(The Berkeley)'라는 술집에서 처음 만들었다고 하고 프랑스 윤락업소의 창녀들이 먹기 위해 만들어져다고도 한다. [2]

- Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes, shake, strain into chilled cocktail glass.[3]
