정의
엔젤 페이스(Angel Face) 는 진과 살구브랜디, 칼바도스를 같은 비율로 넣어 만든 칵테일이다. [1]
유래
이 칵테일은 1930년에 Harry Craddock가 저술한 Savoy Cocktail Book에서 처음 나왔다. [2][3]
조주법
재료
- 3 cl 칼바도스(사과주를 증류한 프랑스 술)
- 3 cl 진(보통 토닉 워터나 과일 주스를 섞어 마시는 독한 술)
- 3 cl 살구브랜디
조주법
- 얼음이 담긴 쉐이커 안에 모든 재료를 쏟아 붓는다
- 흔든다
- 체에 걸러서 칵테일 글라스에 담는다.
